What are my payment options?
All online orders are paid directly through Paypal using any major credit card or debit card, bank account or Paypal credit at no cost to you. You do NOT need a Paypal account to use a credit card through Paypal.
What are your shipping fees?
Canada wide domestic Shipping is $10 CAD Flat Rate, and USA Shipping is $15 CAD Flat Rate.
Shipping fees do not include any import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. You will be responsible for any import duties, taxes and/or customs amounts charged. Laux Beauty cannot provide at checkout an estimate of import duties. Please contact your local customs for estimate of taxes and/or duties before placing an order.
Laux Beauty cannot adjust the value of your purchase, and are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
For any order refused at delivery, You will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the order.
Do you offer world wide shipping?
Shipping is currently only available in Canada and USA through Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
In some instances, available items can be on backorder through our distributer causing a delay in processing. In this instance, an email will be sent to inform you of the delay.
Orders typically arrived within 2 business days in Canada and 3 business days in the USA but can take up 10 business days to arrive depending on your location.
What is your Return Policy?
All hair products including but not limited to shampoos, conditioners, treatments and styling products are final sale. All other items may be returned unused in the original packaging within 14 days upon receipt for refund EXCLUDING shipping fees. Laux Beauty is NOT responsible for return shipping costs.
All items purchased on lauxbeauty.com are personally packaged and double quality checked before shipping to ensure no damages occur. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, please email info@lauxbeauty.com within 24hours upon receipt of your order. Please include detailed description of damage including photos and all order information in your email.
